For more than 20 years, Tracy has held positions of increasing responsibility at Cambridge - and its predecessor, Maryland Wire Belts - culminating in her appointment as President & CEO in April 2010. She launched her career in sales in 1992 and quickly established a track record for exceeding goals and building high performance teams. As CEO, Tracy has led the company to unprecedented growth. She recruited and mentors an executive team whose knowledge and experience are unparalleled in the industry. Overseeing an aggressive plan to increase business through operational excellence, international expansion and new innovations, Tracy is recognized nationally for her executive leadership. She holds a B.S. in Business from Salisbury University and is an active board member for the Dorchester Chamber of Commerce.
Tom joined Cambridge in 2010 as the company’s COO. In this capacity, he provides strategic direction to increase operational efficiencies. Prior to Cambridge, Tom held various management positions for Fortune 500 companies including the $12 billion Eaton Corporation. Under Tom’s leadership, the company has significantly enhanced its architectural mesh business. He holds a B.S. from Bellevue University.
Bob has played a pivotal role in the research, design and development of original industrial solutions at Cambridge for 20 years. From idea generation to inventing prototype equipment for manufacturing new products, he has led the company’s engineering team to realize dozens of patented applications. Bob holds a B.S from Virginia Tech and trained in metallurgy, intellectual property and tech management at the universities of Maryland and Wisconsin.
